If something we have published is wrong, out of date, or unfair, tell us and we will look at it properly. Corrections that change a score or a ranking position are noted on the page itself.
Providers and partnerships
If you run a service we cover and want to correct a factual detail, we welcome that. To be clear about what we cannot offer: we do not sell placements, we do not accept payment to raise a score, and we do not send content for approval before publishing. Those answers do not change, so please do not open with them.

Response times
TonicCompare is run by a small team. We read everything and aim to reply within three working days. Corrections are prioritised over everything else.
